Our Philosophy

Fire & Ice Wellness is a natural sanctuary tucked within Westbury Wildlife Park in Bristol, where visitors can reconnect with nature through the power of contrast therapy. The space features a traditional Finnish wood-fired sauna, a new infrared sauna, and two ice baths chilled to 3 °C, alongside a spring-fed organic bathing pond once home to the park's resident seals.

Founded by Jamie and Neema, Fire & Ice has grown from a passion for simplicity, community, and the restorative balance of heat and cold, offering a calm, grounding escape from the pace of everyday life.
