Our Philosophy
Nestled in the vibrant fabric of Bristol's wellness scene, Sivo is more than just a sauna and ice bath facility. It's a sanctuary. A micro-community. A return to self. Some come to push their boundaries, others come just to sit. All of them, knowingly or not, are seeking the same thing: a place that holds them without demanding anything. A true third space.
Why We're Part of the Trail
We both came into the sauna world from an athletic recovery perspective but quickly realised the real power of sauna lies in the ritual, the chance to slow down, reconnect and be present. Drawn in by the physical benefits, but returned for the mental clarity, the connection to nature and the quiet moments shared with others. Through Sivo we want to offer that same experience, a space where people can step away from the rat race, return to themselves and find community in the simplest of rituals.— Harry Thacker & Jake Woolmore
