Unfold Sauna was born from a shared feeling — three friends living in Bristol, caught in the fast pace rhythm of city life, realised something vital was missing: connection, presence, and social wellness.

In a world that often prioritises productivity over people, we wanted to create a space that does the opposite. A place to slow down, share moments, and find balance, together.
